Think about it. Whether its weight loss, saving, getting out of debt, exercise, relationships if you fail to do the things you hate like
- portion control
- skipping your daily latte to save the $4 a day
- cutting up the credit card to your favorite store
- rising early to get the exercise in before work
- clearing your busy schedule weekly for key relationships
just to name a few. Then your chances of having the things you love
- skinny jeans :)
- a fat bank account
- fewer monthly payments
- a fit body and good health
- deep and meaningful relationships
are likely to never happen. So if happiness is tied to having things you love - your health, money in the bank, and meaningful relationships then perhaps we aren't very happy because we aren't very disciplined.
